A rigorous examination is performed from the phone screen, ceramic glass, keyboard, titanium edge, to logo and backside leather.
Upon receiving your phone, a technician will start to clean manually by using soft cloth, specialized alcohol and premium leather cleaner
The phone is dismantled and examined by a XOR technician.
Phone will be observed strictly by our technician to ensure no mold, oxidation, or malfunction is presented.
Screws in the back are removed and proceed to check logo and backside leather.
The phone inside components undergo another test to ensure the tamper-evident seal, battery, chip are intact.
In case there is any foreign object or sign of damage, swelling, or broken, the technician would check and assess the situation, then proceed to clean, adjust or replace the component in order to meet our global quality standard
After being cleaned, dried or replaced, the components are reassembled in compliance with the procedure standard. The titanium case and ceramic parts are hand-polished once reassembled, the seal will be put once all finished.
We will proceed to update your phone into the latest update of firmware, and verify all functions performances.
At the end of the service procedure, the device is handed over to you in a XOR service box*
